Acceptable Stay With Some Drawbacks

small room detached staff
The room size proved smaller than anticipated. My suitcase barely fit, a significant inconvenience. the front desk staff seemed detached. They relied heavily on self-service procedures. I expected a warmer welcome and more personal assistance considering the hotel's reputation.

reasonable location with minor inconveniences

great location rooftop seating helpful staff strong air breakfast concept single direction
The location near senso-ji was very convenient. i also found the rooftop seating area nice. the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that.
the air conditioning was very strong throughout the hotel, not just in the rooms. it was difficult to sleep with the air blowing directly on the bed. breakfast was also a modern concept that didn't quite satisfy my needs.

inflexible staff poor air quality
I found the early check-in policy to be infuriating. I asked to check in just ten minutes early, and they still demanded an early check-in fee! my room had no window, only air conditioning. This made the air quality pretty bad. I felt trapped in that room!
